KS1 stepped back in time to the medieval era for a day packed with fun and fantastic learning!

Our young historians dressed up for the occasion, took part in a Marketplace group activity to research who lived and worked in castles and the important roles they played, and enjoyed a medieval banquet—complete with learning the table etiquette of the time!

There was also medieval dancing, jester skills, jousting and plenty of creativity as the children designed and built their very own castles.

A brilliant day of hands-on history, teamwork and discovery—lots of fun and lots of great learning!
