UK Parliament Week: A Child's Perspective

As a part of Parliament Week, our students had a fun and thoughtful discussion about what they think the Prime Minister does - and what they would do if they were Prime Minister for a day!
According to some of our younger children, the Prime Minister is very bossy and spends his days ensuring everyone is ‘Ready, Respectful and Safe’. If some of our children were in charge for the day, item one would be to put a bakery inside our school (yum!), Miss Trim would introduce a National Pyjama Day but what would you do?
We loved hearing their creative, thoughtful (and sometimes very funny!) ideas. It’s wonderful to see how much they care about fairness, kindness, and making life better for others.
Future leaders in the making!
