Anti-Bullying Week 2025/26

Last week, Team Hordle marked Anti-Bullying Week by joining the national focus on this year’s theme: ‘Power for Good’. From Nursery to Year 6 (even some of our pets!), all children took part, proudly wearing odd socks to celebrate individuality and show our unity in taking action against bullying.
Across the school, children explored what power really means — how it can be misused to cause unkindness or bullying but also how it can be used positively to lift others up. Each year group took part in lessons about choices, influence, and responsibility. Mrs Harrison also led a whole-school worship where children from every phase worked together to fix the “kindness light”, reminding us all that when we use our power for good, we help kindness shine brightly over our whole school community.
