The KS1 children have been learning about the Jewish Harvest festival called Sukkot. Jewish families build a special shelter called a Sukkah. During the 7 days of Sukkot, they will eat their meals in the shelter, play games together and some families may even sleep in the Sukkah too.

The children designed their own Sukkah shelters, remembering to include all of the features we learnt about in class.
