Team Den have been recently been focusing on the topic of 'Eco and Recycling'. The children have been busy junk modelling, making bird feeders to place on their trees at home and enjoyed making expanding wiggly worms puppets. 🐦🪱

Team Den have also planted a mixture of herbs; parsley, basil, rocket and coriander. First the children filled a pot with soil and watered it until damp and then planted the pod of seeds into the pot and placed them on the windowsill. We are looking forward to watching them grow. 🌱

Early Years Den also took an adventure to Wild and had a look at their pet stick insects - they enjoyed trying to find all of the stick insects camouflaged amongst their brambles!
