Inspired by UJ's VIP product, the Cornish pasty, the children designed their own three-course meal, carefully considering both nutritional value and cost. They learned how to make pastry for their main course pasties and selected complementary ingredients to create balanced and flavoursome fillings. Alongside a fresh salad starter and delicious trifle-style desserts, the children created a healthy, tasty and cost-effective meal. They were extremely proud of their achievements and looked forward to sharing their knowledge with their families.
