Upper Juniors have loved diving into The Wolves of Willoughby Chase this week, using drama, expressive reading and imaginative puppetry to explore each character’s personality and behaviour.

Their growing confidence in bringing scenes to life is helping them understand Miss Slighcarp’s chilling authority and the girls’ bravery. Next week, they’ll use all this creative work to write their own version of Miss Slighcarp’s punishment, bringing drama from the stage to the page. We can't wait to read it!
