Team Hordle are celebrating once again after achieving the Platinum Sports Mark for the sixth year in a row, recognising the school’s outstanding commitment to physical activity, inclusion, and sporting opportunity for all pupils.

The award reflects the dedication of staff at the school who work tirelessly to ensure children are active not only in PE lessons but throughout the entire school day. Pupils enjoy a wide range of opportunities to move, play and participate, from active playtimes with trained play leaders to regular movement breaks and use of the school’s Daily Mile track. These routines have boosted concentration, behaviour and wellbeing, with children showing a noticeably more positive attitude towards daily activity.
