Year 5 stepped into the world of fashion design this week as they used Computer Aided Design (CAD) to create their own repeated patterns, inspired by our VIP designer, Orla Kiely. Pupils experimented to produce their own unique digital designs, which they then transferred onto tote bags.

To make their creations even more impressive, the children added extra features such as pockets, opening flaps, and decorative details. Their creativity, problem‑solving, and sewing skills shone throughout the project, and the finished bags look fantastic.
