Team UJ have been enjoying Fun at the Fair through their DT unit, designing and building prototype rotating fairground rides. The children learned to saw wood safely and construct sturdy frames to support their mechanisms and electrical circuits. They then added seats and decorated their rides to make them eye‑catching for their customer. 🎡

Some pupils pushed their projects even further by integrating our Crumble computing kits, programming lights and controlled rotation using algorithms. 💻
